Being FIT includes confidence of the human as rider or handler. What I offer in regard to human confidence is limited to the physical aspects of leading and handling your equine, plus strategies and techniques for safety (if you feel safer then you may also feel more confident). For deeper rooted confidence issues I will try to offer links to more specialised human confidence coaches, where these are shown to have an understanding of equestrians. See Links page.
